Andrew Henry Kurtinitis, 60, a 17 year resident of Annapolis, passed away on January 5, 2015, at his home.
He was born on April 7, 1954 in Hartford, CT, was raised in Cheverly, MD and attended Bladensburg High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1975.
Andrew was an auto technician, working for Al's Auto for 35 years and later worked for Enterprise Rental Car. He enjoyed working on computers and loved his dogs.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Frances A. Kurtinitis of Annapolis; two sons, Andrew Henry Kurtinitis, Jr. of Annapolis and Stephen Richard Kurtinitis of Arnold; one daughter, April Renee Kurtinitis of Annapolis; one granddaughter, Brianna Lynn Kurtinitis; his mother, Madeline Audrey Kurtinitis of Shrewsbury, PA; two brothers, Charles Joseph Kurtinitis of Columbia and Richard Paul Kurtinitis of Annapolis; and one sister, Diane Anne Kurtinitis of Felton, PA.
Family and friends may visit on Saturday, January 10, 2015 from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park, with a service to begin at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena, MD 21122.
