Ana Papina Moseley, known to most as Annie, and for family known as Mom and Lola, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, in Annapolis, MD. She was born in Guinobatan, Albay, Philippines on June 6, 1961, to Catalino and Andrea Paycana in Guinobatan.

Ana made friends with almost everyone she encountered and treated friends like family. She loved to be around family and friends, always hosting a gathering or party with a table spread of food for everyone to eat and enjoy. She loved to listen to music and never hesitated to be out on the dance floor. She was always up for an adventure, whether it was for food or just to spend time with those she loved.

Ana was a bartender at the Star Inn for 30+ years, where she made countless friends who she was happy to see and serve on a daily/weekly basis.

Ana is survived by her children; Richard Paycana, his wife, Brenda and grandchildren Keanu (5) and Ari (2) of Puyallup, WA, Rachel Moseley and grandchildren Layla (19) and Leilani (18) of Annapolis, MD, and Russell Moseley, Heather Bartlett and grandchildren Brayden (8) and Nixon (5) of Pasadena, MD.

All friends and family are welcome to come and celebrate the life of Ana. If you are unable to attend her funeral and wish to send flowers, you may send it directly to the funeral home.

Family and friends may visit on Friday April 25, 2025 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at Barranco Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park MD, 21146. The funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday April 26, 2025 at 12:00pm at Barranco Funeral Home, interment will be private.
