Alice Bell Hicks Williams passed away on December 21, 2024. She was 90.

Alice was born on October 6, 1934 in Maryland to Nelson and Lucy (neé Eckman) Hicks. She grew up in Odenton, MD and attended Glen Burnie High School. In August of 1955 she married the love of her life, Dale Williams. She and Dale lived in Glen Burnie and Severna Park, where they settled to build their family. She worked at their family business, Dovell & Williams Inc. She was a member of the Annapolis Yacht Club and Chartwell Country Club. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her friends and her beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Randy Williams (Julie); her daughter Tracie Trainor (John); her granddaughters Lauren Williams (Brian), Katie Herdener (Paul), Alice Flanders (Forrest); her grandson John Trainor (Erica); and her three great grandchildren, Elizabeth Herdener, Asa Herdener, and William Flanders.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Scenic River Land Trust, P.O. Box 2008 Annapolis MD, 21404.

A celebration of life for Dale and Alice will be held at a later date.
