Alice A. Pollock, 69, a longtime resident of Arnold, passed peacefully at home June 12th.
She was born June 1, 1947 in "Locust Point" Baltimore, MD. In 1961, her family moved to Arnold where she would graduate from Severna Park High School.
Alice was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, friend, homemaker, chocolate connoisseur and lover of children.
She enjoyed cooking, reading, spending time with her family, and volunteering her culinary expertise.
She is survived by her husband Gordon Pollock, Sr.; Husband of 48 years; Sons, Gordon Pollock, Jr. and wife Karen of Arnold, MD and George W. Pollock and wife Kristen of Severna Park, MD; Mother, Alice "Sweets" Heck of Arnold, MD; Sister, Clare Ramey of Annapolis, MD; and four grandchildren, Ashley, Alexis, Caroline, and Ayden.
Family and friends may visit on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville.
