Albert O. Gast, 75, of Glen Burnie, died of natural causes March 30 at North Arundel Hospital.
Mr. Gast was born Dec. 24, 1929, in Baltimore, where he was reared. He served in the Army from 1951 to 1953 during the Korean War and later retired in 1979 from Tate Dodge of Glen Burnie, where he was a car salesman.
An avid golfer, he was a member of the Chartwell Golf Club in Severna Park.
Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Jeanne Gast, whom he married Nov. 21, 1953; two sons, Kevin Gast of Pasadena and Mark Gast of Jacksonville, Fla.; one daughter, Leslie Dotson of Davidsonville; one brother, Robert Gast of Baltimore; one sister, Patricia Daniels of Pocono Hills, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, where memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow. Burial is private.
