Philip John Lambert Jr., resident of Severna Park, passed away August 7, 2017.

He was born on February 26, 1935 to Philip John Lambert Sr. and Mary Gladys Kirby. Philip was born and raised in Baltimore, MD where he attended Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School.

In September of 1968, Phillip married Ida Haminger. He worked as an offset cameraman in the printing industry and was employed by Colortone Press in Washington, D.C.

Philip enjoyed skeet shooting, photography, reading and gardening.

He is preceded in death by his wife Ida Haminger, and his parents, Phillip John Lambert Sr., and Mary Gladys Kirby.

Philip is survived by two brothers; Larry Lambert of Grasonville, MD and Joe Lambert & his wife Peggy Lambert of Brooklyn Park, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 10am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn, MD 21225.
